The home offers restaurants, a hair salon, library, orangery, leisure and wellness room and private dining room. The home is within easy rich of nearby towns Marlow, High Wycombe and Hazlemere.

About the Role

Whether this role represents a step up or a move across, you will be motivated not only to meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and legislative requirements, but to exceed them. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Creating an open, inclusive and positive environment for residents and colleagues
  • Always placing the rights, wellbeing and dignity of individuals first
  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the home, including operations, health & safety, health and personal care, and financial management
  • Leading, inspiring and developing a close‑knit team to deliver outstanding care and hospitality
  • Ensuring the home's dining experience, environment and grounds are welcoming, safe and well maintained

About You

You will be an inspirational leader and proven manager with a strong background in a care home environment. You will bring:

  • A strong commitment to resident comfort, happiness and safety
  • A natural ability to nurture, motivate and develop your team
  • A drive to achieve excellent outcomes for residents, colleagues and the wider home.

The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
