About the role:

Make a difference to people's lives every day with a rewarding career at Porthaven Care Homes.

As a Senior Carer on our team, you will care for our residents as if they were members of your own family, recognising that each one of them is an individual with their own needs and preferences and looking after their physical, psychological and social needs to ensure that they receive the highest standard of care.

You will work as part of a team to deliver dignified and person-centred care to our residents, as well as supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated care assistants alongside the nurse on duty.

You will have a wide variety of duties, including assisting our residents with the activities of daily living such as washing and dressing, personal hygiene and help at mealtimes. • The care and support shown to my mother have been exceptional during her time here. They have shown the utmost respect and dignity towards her. The actual home is excellent in décor and the staff are always welcoming and cheerful. Would highly recommend.
