About you

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as you will be required to work collaboratively and influence a wide range of internal and external. stakeholders. You will also be:

  • A qualified Nurse with excellent, up‑to‑date clinical knowledge.
  • An experienced care Home Manager with a substantial history of working within the care sector.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively meeting challenging deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate a clear commitment to developing others.

About the role

Drawing on your experience as both a Home Manager and a qualified Nurse, you will work closely with the Regional Directors to support our portfolio of homes. This role provides clinical, operational and quality leadership to ensure our residents consistently receive exceptional standards of care.

You will work across the portfolio, offering tailored support, guidance and challenge to Home Managers to help them achieve and sustain high performance. This includes day‑to‑day operational support and preparation for, and performance during, CQC inspections.

You will also contribute to internal audits and compliance activity, while building and maintaining strong professional relationships with regulators and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
